We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product details are error-free. Jewelry appearance may slightly vary due to lighting or monitor settings.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
- We accept payment by Credit card, PayPal, Shop pay, Google Pay, and so on.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Warranty
We offer a 30 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pecora Japan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo District Court.
